It works ... for a while.2114 viewsAn explanation for those people not doing this sort of work (and for some who are ), the connections should be soldered. If the poles in the epoxy strip haven't been used before (as in the picture), some preparation is required. Remove the coating from the poles, first. Give the poles some solder, second. Wrap the wire around the pre-tinned pole, third. Solder the wire to the pole, fourth.

Or, don't bother at all. Time is money.
